At Langford Rae O’Neill we provide a friendly and comprehensive yet flexible marketing strategy.

 

The office is open seven days a week and if you choose a full marketing campaign details of your property will have 24 hour coverage on the internet via our own website as well as major national portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and OnTheMarket.

Comprehensive colour advertising would be centred around the local Sevenoaks Chronicle. We have no upfront charges, included within our fees are all costs relating to the preparation and production of the Energy Performance Certificate, floorplan and colour brochures. Out terms of sale are strictly ‘no sale – no fee’.

We are confident with the high level of service we provide and do not expect our clients to sign any type of agency contract committing them to us for long periods of time as we believe our clients should have flexibility to change agents should they wish to do so.

Viewings would be undertaken by prior appointment and if you choose not to do them yourself, all applicants will be accompanied by a senior member of staff who knows the area as well as answering any questions about the property itself.

We are a fiercely independent firm with the owners and staff having lived and worked in the locality for many years. We have a wealth of local knowledge and experience to draw upon.
