Leave Sevenoaks on the A25 towards Seal, pass through the village and continue along the road past Crown Point and at the roundabout take the fourth exit into Borough Green Road. Continue through the village of Ightham, along the A227 which becomes Tonbridge Road and take the turning on the left sign posted to Plaxtol. Upon entering the village, turn left by the church and turn right into Grange Road. Follow the road along and the property will be found on the right hand side.
